Just picked up my 3rd vehicle from Heritage Ford - dealing with Clinton Brown is always a pleasure and he is efficient and great to deal with. Excellent communication, he always follows up first. On top of that, the vehicle clean up from Heritage is top notch, the car is spotless! I will be back for my next lease in 3 years. Thanks again. Bob

Scheduling to come in has always been easy, we are always treated with respect, and we get excellent explanations of what our car needs. We're very happy with the service team and how quickly we get our vehicle back. Keep up the good work!

Just picked up my new Mach E GT Performance from Heritage Ford. The team made the transaction so easy, everything was prepared ahead of time, and the trade in transaction was straightforward and very fair. They took the time for a personal walk through of the vehicle, answered all my questions and made the process so easy and personal. I’d would buy from Heritage again.

On a recent Sunday we had to take a day trip to Toronto from the Bruce Peninsula. After our very first stop our 2016 F150 would not start. Tried boosting it and no luck. CAA was called and they could not get it going. Since it was Sunday afternoon and no dealers open, that was one unplanned overnight stay. Contacted nearby Heritage Ford first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. They were very accommodating and got us in pretty well right away. Called us back first thing in the afternoon and advised us that the air conditioner compressor had seized up. Not cheap. I was not completely surprised though because the heater was making sporadic noise recently but had remained undiagnosed by our local dealer. The parts were ordered and Heritage had us back on the road the next afternoon I found them friendly and accommodating and was completely satisfied with their service

I'm so happy with my pre-owned Ford! Shout out to Jim from Sales for outstanding service. Friendly and helpful, Jim went above and beyond to attend to every detail in the sales process and keep me informed. It was a great experience and I love my car!
