I'm from out of town and had a great experience here. I came and met with sales associate Sherry Porter. She wasn't pushy at all, and gave me all the info I needed. I went to 3 other Ford dealerships after, and all their prices were much higher. (And their salespeople seriously bugged me). I highly recommend anybody looking for a car to see Sherry at Bob Maxey Ford.

This Motor City Ford Dealership is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I am always impressed by Bob Maxey Ford. I have owned 20+ Fords and I am a mechanic. I trust this Dealership for my service and sales needs!

I leased and then purchased my Escape from Bob Maxey Ford on Jefferson. The experience was exceptional both times. Sherry Porter, my sales associate, is friendly, kind, professional, responds quickly to email and phone, and is extremely efficient. JT in finance was equally as friendly, kind, accommodating, and professional. I felt like I'd made two friends. And this comes from someone who dreads the negotiations of buying or leasing a new car. I highly recommend Bob Maxey Ford in Detroit.

Though I give this place 5 stars, I'm VERY suspicious as to why they were so nice to me, treated me well and did my work for such a reasonable price. Hmmmmmm, and why was the coffee was good? Why did the service man smell so good? Why did the car porter have such nice teeth? Again, I'm suspicious.

Bob Maxey Ford is a great dealership. I have been going there for years. They do good work. The mechanics know their craft. I highly recommend Bob Maxey Ford dealership (both in Detroit) to everyone.
