I purchased a ezcut cnc plasma machine from these guys 12/2016. I was also given 2 sets of software with the purchase of the machine. I started having issues with the software on my office computer sometime in August 2018. They have yet to help me resolve these issues with my software. March 28,2018 I received a call from ezcut promoting a machine upgrade for $7500 but if I purchased by the end of the month the price would be $5000 and the lead time for the upgrade was 5 weeks. Here we are at 19 weeks and I have not received my upgrade package. Steve and Brandi both were very easy to get in touch with when they knew I was interested in purchasing the upgrade. In June they finally emailed and said the upgrades were finally being released and I would not be disappointed. I have called and emailed numerous times for technical support and for the status of the upgrade. Neither Steve nor Brandi will call or email with the status of my upgrade. They will not get another dime from me.

This Steve Dinsmore should be in jail for all the people he has screwed over. If you call around enough you will find the truth about this guy. He also owns Tactical CNC and I think Maverick CNC I am sure more. For $3500 you can get technical support from another company that knows all about these tables and can get the parts for you. My table now works wonderful no thanks to Steve Disnmore he told me I needed to upgrade my whole system for 7500 but had a deal going to 5k. I almost fell for it but nope $100.00 later and the table runs perfect again. I could be wrong on the Maverick CNC table but I put pictures up for you to be the judge.

At the end of April 2019 I went ahead and purchased a 4x8 downdraft cnc table from Ez Cut. The salesman at the time told me that they were 6 weeks out on delivery. That time line was no problem to me. The problem is that it is 8/12/19 and still no table. We are on week 16. They will not answer the phone or return any phone calls. I have called them multiple times a week and still no one will return my calls. I send multiple emails a week and still get nothing. The last update I got was July 10th Saying that quality control would not release it due to some wiring issue. This is the same update that I got on June 11th saying that is was still in quality control. Ez Cut CNC was paid $37,000. At this point I just want a refund so I can go and buy another table without the headache of Ez Cut. I understand that problems happen in businesses, all they would have to do is pick up the phone and call me. As of right now this business has to be a SCAM. The problem is that I was looking at buying multiple tables from this company as soon as we went into production but now I am 2 months behind waiting on a key piece of equipment.

This company is not what they claim to be. They do not manufacture anything. EZ CUT PLASMA TABLE are Multicam. I wish I would have purchased from Multicam. EZ CUT has no support team or customer service. Company consists of the owner and 2 employees. Before I purchased the plasma table for $54000. They called and begged for my order daily. Steve Dinsmore told me what other company president gives you his cell phone number. He’s a good salesman. But don’t believe his BS My $54000 plasma cutter has not worked from day one. They will not fix it. Ez cut has also forbidden Multicam from servicing or providing support for these machines. So that you are forced to deal with the 2 people that work at EZcut. David or Brandi neither can do anything without Steve’s blessing. My machine is a few months old and they are trying to charge me $3500 just to come look at the problem I’ve found out so much about plasma tables unfortunately after I purchased one from what I’ve found to be the worst company around. Please avoid this company. Buy from anyone but these jokers.

I wouldn't even have given a 1 star if i didn't have to! This place is a joke! The table we bought worked just fine the first two years then started having problems with everything! Tried to call customer service but had to pay $2500 for a tech to come out in which they only have one! he was rude to the employees and actually sat in his car for a long time cause he though calling the employees stupid and told them they didn't know what they were doing was OK! after everything calmed down he came back in ran the table ! No explaining! and said see it works and packed his stuff and left! the day he left the table still didn't run! the Table would bounce and would not home out? i am still baffled !? and still have a table that cost us Thousands of dollars just sitting here! wasted money!!they are a joke! Horrible !

I purchased a plasma table for $30,000 with freight to my business on terms of $5000 down and $25,000 balance. Sales agent was agreeable with all aspects of the deal. The company, owner presumably, began to press me for balance on a regular basis and when I told him that the funds would be sent on 12/6/18 he started hounding me before 9:00 am on 12/6/18 and demanded to be paid. I told him that the day was not over as it was not even 9:00 am, he became smart and unreasonable. I began to question the deal as it seemed like a company desperate for funds. I asked for my $5000 deposit to be refunded and the deal is off. I was told I would not get my $5000 deposit back. ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WANTING TO GET YOUR FUNDS UP FRONT......LOOKS LIKE A SCAM TO ME. AT PRESENT I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR $5000. SUCH IS A BIG DEAL FOR A SMALL ONE MAN SHOP!!
