I couldn't recommend this shop more! The owner made a pair of uncomfortable shoes comfortable and better fitting by sewing a leather insert for me. He was super friendly, the service was excellent, and the turn-around time was swift! I will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience @Joe's. He repaired the Heels of my Leather Boots, I was extremely HAPPY with his work, quality work. The service was exceptional. I will be returning with a pair of my Husband's Shoes that need repairing. I'm highly recommending Joe's Shoe Repair. I will also be referring him to my Family & Friends. I'm so pleased that I came across this little Gem here on Beechwood Ave. Thank you Joe.

Excellent quality work. They also sell belts (and maybe other items too?) of exceptional Canadian made quality. The belt I bought from them is still going strong and I used to have to replace mine every 6 month...I’m hard on my clothes.

I brought in a pair of pants to get new snaps on the waist band. He put on broken ones and made extra holes in my pants. Terrible job

Brought 2 pairs of shoes in to be repaired, one pair of black shoes, and one pair of brown shoes. The repair on the black shoes were great - the heels were replaced and there was some repairs to the stitching on the back of the shoes. The repair on the brown shoes were a disappointment! Brown heels were replaced with black ones, and leather soles were covered with some sort of black rubber. If I had known that was going to happen I never would have had my shoes repaired there. Also, they poorly attempted to fix a scratch on the leather uppers with mismatched colouring, making the scratch stand out even more. Overall, go here for the most basic of repairs, and don't expect anything more than you would at the shoe repair shop at the mall. Definitely don't bring your expensive pair of shoes here for any sort if service.
