Highly recommend John at this location. His fast and high quality service is superior to the competition. He fixed bags and shoes that others said needed to be replaced. Thank you John!

The gentleman that runs this place is amazing!! Great customer service...created great report in his discussion, yet managed to be super fast and efficient. No sooner I dropped off my item...when I took the elevator up to my floor ...which is in the same building mind you....he finished the job already!!! I could not ask for a better experience from someone. My hats off to you sir and your establishment.

I often visit the amazing tea bar next door to this shop; but it wasn't until recently that I stopped by to get my little black boots repaired. I am so happy that I did! John was attentive, inviting and worked his magic on my boots- honestly, they look brand new! The prices are fair and as of today they've gained a loyal customer! Thanks again for all you help, John!
