This is an incredible shoe repair store! AMAZING service and friendly staff capable of transforming pretty much any shoe. I am so happy with the service I've been getting from this place consistently for the past 12 years. I have never been disappointed by their quality of work and the prices are beyond reasonable.

This is the best shoe repair service I've ever received. The staff are so kind and honest. I am not from the area but it is worth the trek. Located simply on top of Queen station, I don't see how it could be in a better location. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family. This place will not disappoint you.

This place does not worth money! If i could I would give 0 stars. So, I went there last week to fix heels. The person (Janani) who accepted the work told me that it will be done in half an hour. When I came back the shoes were shiny and good looking. Although, when I got back home I noticed that inner shell in left shoe heel was torn out. What a sloppy work! Definetely, not advising to try destroy your shoes here.

I was blown away by the staff's honestly! I showed the gentleman working there a pair of shoes I was considering repairing. Upon inspection, he candidly told me that my money would be better spent on a new pair of shoes -- at a cost to himself! That kind of honestly and integrity is beyond admirable. I will definitely be returning if I need anything repaired.

Went to repair just the pull part of a zipper because I needed it quickly. The same part he used cost 50 cents on Amazon and it took him only 30 seconds after telling me it would take 20min. He charged me 10 dollars for it saying it was labor cost. Just a joke. I wouldn't go there again ever and wouldn't recommend that place. But apparently I'm not the only one who has bad things to say about it. Just bad.
