Ingrown toenail now. Thanks Rose's nails Londonderry!

Well I was a client for almost 2 years. Coming in when I could afford to pamper myself. And we'll, Christmas 2022 I decided to get a pedicure. The lady that did my feet proceeded to cut both my big toenails on the sides and then rips the cut part out. I screamed! She said oh sorry, that hurt? Yeah you think. She then proceeds to do it to my other big toe. I ain't no nail tech but I do know you are not supposed to ever cut on the sides of the nails and all the way down as you will end up with an ingrown toenail! Now it'd February and I have two ingrown toenails that hurt like hell. I do not think the lady who did my nails was properly certified. Ain't no way as I have had pedicures for almost 35 years now, and not one technician has ever done that to my toes. Do not go here unless you want an ingrown toenail.

Was recommended this salon and specifically Natali, and I'm soo happy I took that advice! The service was great, the vibes in the salon are fun and friendly, and Natali was amazing. I never get my nails done so I wasn't sure how to explain what I wanted, but Natali took my inspo pics and delivered nails that were even better! Will absolutely be coming back, thank you Natali!

Overall I had a pretty good first experience. The place already had a few customers inside when i arrived, and it had only just opened- so that's always a good sign! It's cute inside, bright and colorful with plants hanging everywhere. I wish there was a place to put my shoes and jacket. I ended up kinda shoving them beside my chair with my purse. The dremel tips and the clippers didn't seem to be stored in an overly sanitary way, and i didn't see them cleaned before or after. Also, I saw her take the foam separators out of a bin and after I was done with them she took them off and put them back in the bin. Other than a few hygiene concerns the service was excellent, relaxing, and i would consider it a good value. I would be willing to give this place another chance in the future and see if I caught them on an off day.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I’ve never had better nails! I always go to Natali, and she’s absolutely amazing! Her Russian manicures are to die for, and i definitely recommend the hot stone massage while getting a pedicure! Her shaping is perfect, her nail art talent is unmatched, and the retention is insane!!! Never any lifting or chipping. Every time I get them done I get a million complements!! And to make it even better, she’s such a sweetheart! A visit to Natali always lights up my day!🤍
