*update* Helen reached out to me to fix my nails and apologize for what happened. She took her time and did exactly what I wanted. I would like to return again, hopefully the quality keeps up. Never ever again! Been there a few times with no issues. Got a different tech this time for a “solar gel” which is an overpriced acrylic set. Argued about different sizes and lengths of all nails. Finally gave up because I was being laughed at for saying they were crooked and different lengths. Multiple cuts to my cuticles and fingers. No cuticle work done. Paid 55 and left in tears.

They were able to take me as a walkin on my wedding reception day... the woman who I had was very detailed and did an amazing job. She did things that no other nail technician has done - she measured the nails to the other had making sure they were the same length, she tripled checked if i liked the length, she did a thin coat then a thicker coat of the gel to make sure it didnt peel off, and she hand did the white tips - normally theyre sprayed but I loved it. They were awesome!

The ladies in this salon are so welcoming and very capable. I have been going here for many years. Helen and all of the technicians are fantastic!
