Went in to ask if they could remove the few acrylic nails I had left on. Instead of using acetone or the machine she just picked at my nails and then ripped them off. When cutting them down with the nail clipper she cut through my skin underneath on my thumb leaving it bleeding. After taking all the nails off they were cut unevenly and left sharp with pieces hanging off. Would not even give me a bandaid when I asked. I thought going to a nail salon to get them taken would be safer and less painful...

got shellac and eyebrows done, she did my eyebrows really well I love them, but the shellac chipped after less than 5 days after.

At 8:45 pm I had arrived at Kimberly’s nails to get my eyebrow waxed when Kimberly was at the door getting ready to leave after a long days of work. I thought it closed at 9pm. I was just about to turn away and Kimberly said they closed at 8pm but that she will take me. Now I know after a long day when I’m out the door from work you can’t catch me fast enough but she did. That is great customer relations. Anytime they are busy , if not Kimberly herself, one of the other ladies always take me. I appreciate that. I know at any time I need to go in,someone takes care of me. Also the woman are all smiles all the time. Maybes me feel good and welcomed. Thank you Kimberly and the staff at Kimberly Nails.

I have had wonderful experiences here. The girls are present and do good work.

The worst service EVER! Would give this place a 0/0. Not clean nor professional or friendly for that matter. Will never return.
