I've had a few manicures here and have really enjoyed the experience. Plus the removal of shellac is very easy and not too harsh - my nails are sensitive and I didn't have any pain when removing the shellac. Highly recommend and will continue to get my nails done here!

I had a really wonderful experience here with my bf, bestfriend and her husband. We showed our nail artist a picture of what we wanted and they stated they could try their best although it wasn't as closed to the picture i wanted it turned out really great! They got the color down perfectly and my nails are small so doing the art was difficult but overall the experience was nice and i love how my nails look.

Great recently renovated nail bar on queen street west. The interior is very luxurious and feels fresh. Clean as a whistle. My nail tech was super nice, took her time and was very professional. Everyone in Sekai nail bar was very friendly. My standard two colour nails were $30 total. Would recommend.

I'm pregnant and went to get my first manicure since 2019. Foolishly, I didn't drink enough water on the day I went and so got lightheaded halfway through the manicure and had to go outside for fresh air. They were unbelievably kind, getting me water, working with me in whatever way I needed. They managed to complete the shellac manicure so quickly and almost a month later it still hasn't chipped, despite me getting up several times for air and only getting one coat of colour because I wanted to speed it up. Everyone was lovely and kind and really accommodating. I will definitely be returning.

Hands down amazing customer service! The manager running the store and all service technicians are all very kind and thoughtful people. I also found there covid safety protocols to be very safe!
