I came in to get some fake nails and I showed the guy reference photos and explained to him clearly what I wanted and he kept ignoring me. He looked at the one reference photo and copied it which isn't what I wanted exactly but I figured due to the language barrier he didn't understand so I wasn't upset and said that it was okay. However, the guy doing my nails made it such a painful experience. He would put the drill bit so close to my skin that it was burning my skin and I kept repeatedly telling him that it hurt and if he could be more careful. At one point, he made two of my fingers bleed and he didn't care or do anything about it. Only when I pointed it out he sprayed alcohol on it. I also noticed he was using the drill bit to burn off my cuticles which is probably why they bled. I know that getting your nails done can be a little uncomfortable but I know that it isn't supposed to be painful. My cuticles still hurt and it's been more than 8 hours. I also kept telling him I wanted it shorter and round and he kept saying "no that won't look nice" which was so unprofessional and rude. This place is overpriced, low quality and if you still decide to try this place out avoid any of the guys. I left this place in pain and disappointed with how my nails turned out.

If you want a rude manicurist, and a painful, over-priced manicure, crooked nails, a bleeding nail bed in a filthy place where not one person speaks English, then THIS is your place. They also charge different prices from what is on their price list. Dishonest too...

I went in on Sunday December 12th to get a full, new set of acrylic nails. Today, December 16th, I woke up with a chunk out of one of my thumb nails. Also, I showed the guy a reference image at least 3 times to show the length I wanted. And they still ended up being twice as long as I wanted. Insisted I get multiple colors when I only wanted one. Clearly trying to up sell. All in all, for $60+tip? No thanks.

Honestly do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are extremely unprofessional, both on the phone when booking an appointment, and in person when doing your nails. They hang up on you when you are trying to make a booking, pretending to be too busy…then once there, they butcher your nails. I have given them more than enough chances to redeem themselves, but they always disappoint. It is becoming unhealthy at this point, so I will try other places. Please avoid them if you don’t want to go through the same ordeal.

First of all the guy who did my nails was nice, I have nothing against him. I don’t do my nails very often, in fact this is the first time in 2 years I decided to do a manicure in Ottawa, and I saw this place randomly and decided to do a spontaneous pampering. But what I got instead was this. It was still bleeding after an hour getting my nails done there 🥲
