I come here to get my hair braided every few weeks by the same girl, Junia, every time. Every time I go, it’s a good vibe, clean environment (as clean as can be, it is a salon so you’re gonna see hair on the floor sometimes) and mostly friendly staff. I gave a 5 start review before but I’m taking 2 stars back cause Juno literally lives next door to me, and I can’t reserve her time fast enough, even if I call WAY before the owner, just to braid my hair. I don’t wanna trek downtown everytime I need my hair braided. Needs more staff that are more reliable and more rounded prices.

Really nice vibe, friendly staff, and very versatile offerings. I’ve had my hair and nails done there multiple times. The spa pedicure is really nice and the package they use smells amazing! It’s also one of the few places in Ottawa I can go get my locs tightened. Sometimes there’s a long wait when they’re super busy, and nails take a lot longer to do than other places, so don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. Other than that it’s a good spot!
