So Upset

I went in for my 2nd & last visit the beginning of February. After my pedi was finished I was told by the female staff member to go sit by the window for my toes to dry. There was absolutely NO HEAT coming from the machine during the entire time I sat there (over an hour in time). The lady who did my pedi by then was working on a new client in the back room and did not bother with me again until it was time for me to pay. I had decided enough was enough by this point and and said that I was done. She quickly got up and met me by the register. I paid by credit and was only able to leave a $5 tip as my husband and I are retired and living on one income. She made a rude comment to me, "You know I did a lot of stuff for you today". She was literally mad that I could not give more. I just left without responding. I was hurt and cried when I got to my car, only to find the polish was not dry and had smuged the big toes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Been going here for the last 5 years! Jimmy is my go to guy. Always puts perfection in maintaining and keeping my nails sharp! Linda and Lin are great women who do my pedis and I'm so grateful for the kind gesture coming in and out! Great place to relax and wind down. Thank you all for being around. Signed, loyal client.

This place has been my go to place for a very long time. I bus from one end of the city to another for this place and I’ve only had one negative experience and that was today. Although I had no time to get my nail fixed they still made it better and I will continue to go back. The guy that works there is amazing at shaping the nails they always look great. And the younger girl is amazing at painting and designs. Would definitely request them

My go-to place. I used to be one who would go to wherever was the most convenient and didn't really care where, until I moved and discovered Ladora nails. They are super friendly and amazing at what they do. I never walk away disappointed, which is impressive because I can be extremely picky with my nails. They do take longer than I am used to, but to me this is perfectly ok because they are not rushing and slopping my nails together. 100% recommend!
