Nice to know that this salon is run by dishonest bullies who'll do shoddy work, invite a dissatisfied customer back so they can fix their shoddy work, then proceed to publicly humiliate that customer for turning up. When my partner's nails started chipping and peeling off the day after first going to this salon, she got in touch with them, and they offered to fix them for free. Then, when she went in for her free appointment, they decided to yell at her in front of everyone in the salon and call her a liar, all for attending the appointment they had promised her. Do not give these people your money. They were the only dishonest people involved in this incident. Instead, give your money to people less prone to such unprofessionalism, or to making such hurtful comments and accusations.

This was without a doubt the neatest manicure I've been given! The staff were really helpful when I was hoping to get a little nail art, great customer service.

Mixed opinions about this salon. My appointment wasn't actually booked by me so when I arrived there was some confusion about the manicure that they were supposed to be doing. The staff were very patient and informative whilst we worked out the correct manicure, chose the right colours etc so I appreciated this. I was disappointed though to have my nails so heavily filed down with an electric drill file to begin with. The acrylic itself was applied quite thick so the ends were stubby making it hard to pick things up despite not having them long. Some nails were also uneven - my thumb had a massive dip in it. Different people did the nail prep, application and nail art which was a bit unsettling. I would've preferred the same person throughout but this wasn't a big issue. Worse still, having them soaked off proved very difficult. The tips wouldn't budge and had to be resoaked and further filed. My nails have been left dry, stained, ridged and extremely sensitive to touch and warm water. It is a beautifully decorated salon with pleasant staff but unfortunately the end results didn't match up for me. I would unfortunately have to think twice about revisiting.

The nails shape I really wanted, a lot of colours to choose from and pleasant experience. Really nice people too, I'll come back.

An amazing service! The lady was very friendly and professional, and had such an attention to detail. Will definitely be using again.
