The Gentleman who did my fill was rude and seemed to get angry because I wanted regular polish instead of gel. It was a terrible experience to have your nails done when you sense an angry vibe from your technician! Never mind 50 bucks for terrible work! He didn't even bother to make sure my nails were the same length! Horrible! To treat customers is such a disgraceful way!!!

Okay I went in for eyebrow waxing and eyebrow. Tint as I was ready to pay the lady said they don’t accept visa so I said okay I’ll go up stairs to get the cash and be back she said no blocked me from leaving I said I am going to get cash because you don’t accept visa ! They said oh people run off before this an that I felt so upset like not my problem that is why you have security cameras if they don’t pay press charges or do what is necessary anyways the husband an wife followed me through the whole mall to the front where atm machine was I am a law abiding citizen and I was so embarrassed I had to approach security that this unit okay nor professional which they agreed why have security cameras the security guy said if your going to follow clients through mall for payment it was rediculous!!!

They did my nails very poorly and they rushed it and the next day the started chipping away. They overcharged me and the didn’t do the nails properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS.

Awful place..The older lady possibly the owner, was very unprofessional and rude. The 2 girls were nice, but didn't look very happy about working there in my opinion, the work was 5/10.

Very nice people but the work is horrible. Cut my fingernails on one hand while old shellac was still on. Way too short. Her answer ‘ they’ll grow back!’ Both hands doesn’t come close to even. I did have beautiful long natural nails. Now I’m so disappointed. Never again. I’d never recommend this place.
