I called to make an appointment and asked if they are able to do refill on long nails, I was told yes and got the appt booked in a rushed manner. I showed up, started the process half way through I'm being told by the nail tech that she doesn't really do long nails, I gave her the option to cut it down a bit. I asked to maintain the square shape that already exists, I couldn't get that the top of my square is now slightly rounded, the top of my nail isn't flat but bubbly in a sense which also takes away from the square shape, my cuticles were not cleaned and when I asked how much was the service including tax I was told 40!!! Only to be charged 45 and change after..... one chop...no tens across the board for me darling.

Too many people. I waited outside. Forgot to wash hands between clients. I had to remind her that she had not washed. Not cleaned properly after pedicures were done. Also not a good manicure. Nails were left rough.

I was overwhelmed with the service. The woman who worked on my mani pedicure were so gentle and kind.

Inexperienced girl wrecked the skin on my feet with a cheese grater.
