Way too thick, uneven, irregular shaped, never had a refill quite like this. With this colour choice, they look like pieces of gum? No? Oh, and if you want a good quality eyebrow wax, this is not the place. I feel bad writing a negative review because no one was rude or anything, but for $80 total, its a NOPE for me.

Had a great experience! The shop took me last minute and stayed open late. They took their time to give me the look I wanted. Felt very well taken care of and can’t wait to go back :)

It was my first time going to this salon however I don't think I be going back. The place is nice and clean I wasn't not happy with quality of work. I got full set bio gel on and four days lates two of my nails broke and one completely came off.

Not impressed at all. I got my set taken off to get a new set. I have very small nail beds and the guy doing my nails cut me a few times made my nails bleed as well taking off the old set. My shape is ok my nails meh my thumbs are not even the same size one is cut shorter than the Other and when I mentioned it the nail tech said no ur nail beds one is bigger than the other so the nails don’t match but the reality is he cut one shorter than the other. I had a picture and him being the nail tech should know what to use but I had to explain to him over and over again what I wanted and other nail techs even explained. I’m not happy with my nails at all!
