I had a shellac manicure done before I went on vacation and 4weeks later, the nail polish is in perfect condition! My nails have grown out but I’ve never had a shellac manicure before in perfect condition after this amount of time. The owner is lovely, the space is cleans and I’ll be heading back shortly for another appointment.

To be honest, this is the worst mani pedi I have ever had. The staff was very nice which is why they get 2 stars. They didn't shape my nails after clipping them, leaving the edges jagged. The woman painting my nails got polish all over my skin. I had shellac done on my hands, which should last at least two weeks before it starts to crack (I am no stranger to shellac nails). It barely lasted a week before bubbles (never seen that before!) And cracks began to appear. I'm not sure if this is a standard level of work for them or they were just too busy, but I left $70 poorer with nails that looked like I had done them myself. I would not recomend this place.

I wanted to love this place, so clean and friendly. Had the mani pedi with hot stone massage felt so good. However the actual mani quality isn’t great. Barely removed any cuticles, nail polish on top of cuticle (see pictures).. too bad. ☹️

BT Nails is truly amazing! The owner is super nice and always remembers my name when I go there and even the colours I like for my pedi! The hot stone massage is the best and is included in the pedicure! It is so relaxing, friendly and clean. I have had many pedicures at other places in previous years but once I found BT Nails it is the only place I will go now! It is in my mind the top place to get a pedicure done in Toronto!!! I highly recommend it!!
