First time going there, I liked the environment they have. Its clean and have friendly staffs. I got my nails done as well as neck and shoulder massage. I enjoyed my time there

Customer service was impeccable. I emailed ahead of time with a reference design so that I would be paired up with a technician who was most capable of achieving it. Emails and phone calls were replied promptly. I even called on a day that they were closed without leaving a voicemail and they called the next day making sure if I had any concerns or issues that needed to be addressed. First time at the Dundas location and I was welcomed warmly with a genuine smile from Phoebe and a delicious cup of ginger tea. The technician Miyuki was easy to converse with and skilled in her practice. Despite not copying the exact photo I sent, together we worked on a custom design and it turned out beautiful. She was precise, gentle and kind. Checking in with me and asking whether I liked it so far. The technician beside us was also lovely. They work as a team and you can tell. Thanks ladies for an enjoyable first time. 😚

I'll start by saying that TIPS performed a service for me that they don't usually do - I had a really terrible experience at another salon in the city that applied gel extremely thick and uneven. I emailed over some photos and asked them if they could thin out the gel for me and fix up my manicure. Although they don't always offer this service, Naomi took me on as a client and completely transformed my nails. I'm so thankful they were able to help me out, and they've earned a forever customer because of it!

Visited this location last week to see Emma for a micro zone treatment! Emma was excellent in walking me through the whole process and made me super comfortable as it was my first time. She’s a great conversationalist and time flew when I was there. Definitely will be visiting again, thank you so much Emma!
