First time here after my old nail place closed down and I was extremely impressed with their service, cleanliness and quality of work. First, I was taken for my appointment right away and they were very careful with all the COVID precautions( which was great!) It gave me peace of mind.I saw Jayh for my nails- she exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent service and quality of nails. Actually lasts 3+weeks. All technicians are qualified and knowledgeable. Designs are innovative and creative. Staff also very hospitable. Will travel there in a snowstorm if i have to. A+++

Got my nails done here a while ago. It was $55 for an acrylic set with gel polish. First off that was a very high price as i had no design. As well they don't do any prep before like pushing back cuticles. They charged me for length even though my nails weren't very long (I have never been charged for length) and they charged me more for wanting coffin nails (Once again have never experienced this)!!!! The nails stayed on well and looked good, but honestly, there are a million other places you can get your nails done just as good or better for way less, I would have paid 35 dollars for these nails at most at any other salon. The lady who did my nails seemed to be quite annoyed and passive aggressive, when I first started and didn't know the name of the colour she scoffed, and when I kept wanting the nails shorter than she clipped them she seemed annoyed. As I am younger this made me feel quite small and insecure. All in all if you need a good manicure go here, but if you want the most bang for your buck I recommend R&C nails (The best salon IMO) or Chic Nails (Close to Adore and cheap).

I had been going monthly for over a year to see Toni. Toni is amazing at her work. That's where the good review ends. Her sister is terrible at her job, rude, no creativity and has a hard time following a photo. After being a loyal client for quite some time, always early, never an issue, I had to cancel an appt 4 hours in advance because I had lost my phone and had a time sensitive opportunity to retrieve it from a kind cab driver on the opposite end of the city. They would NOT, and I mean refused, to waive the $25 cancellation fee for a first time offence from a loyal patron. This would be understandable behaviour had I been regularly late, disruptive, rude, or is cancelling was a regular occurrence. That is not how you treat a loyal patron. This is not good customer service. That was the final straw. Never returned. Never will. Photos below for a laugh. What you ask for vs What you get lol DON'T GO! Save you $ for else where.
