I got a bio gel manicure here and it was well done. My technician was very detailed and ensured I liked the results of every stage of the process. This is my first time doing nails this long and was surprised they didn’t break. I will definitely be going back for my refill.

Amazing everytime!!!!

I’ve been a long time customer and am becoming very unimpressed by the lack of care taken. The only real ‘safety’ precaution is that everyone wears a mask. No regular sanitizing is evident between customers. Their appointment system is a farce. You may as well not bother- you’ll be next in line for the next available technician. ( during my 1 1/2 hr visit, 3 customers who had appointments were addressed with surprise and made to wait!) It is apparent that no one is ‘in charge’. You would think that after the Covid lockdowns, they would be grateful for their customers and treat them with respect and in a more welcoming manner. Step up and run your business more professionally.

The manicures are excellent but there is a lot of opportunity re: cleanliness. It's super dusty and the chairs / tables are not sanitized between clients.
