I had a bad day, I got my nails done at a different salon and they were horrible. I called this salon because I was near by and hoped to walk in. When I called I spoke to a girl named Franchesca. She was so sweet and actually listened to me and my needs. The salon was fully booked today and tomorrow and I am going on vacation this Friday evening I was unable to make an appointment this time but she took the time to answer my questions about prices and as I started to panic she showed something, I haven’t seen in a long time, EMPATHY. I cannot wait to make an appointment when I’m back in Toronto. Really personable.

B-Side NAIL-s it on everything! Great value for money! Fair prices, service options & polite, professional staff. Have had lashes done 3x here, fantastic results every time, recently went in for a private bubble booking with family for manicure/pedicures. So many options & amazing nail art. Staff were great and did not make us feel rushed. Also love the chill atmosphere. Will be back again & again. Love that they're licensed too - can't wait for post-Covid to have a mimosa with my manicure!

Awesome! Went for a shellac pedi, and I had a great experience. I’ve been to MANY pedi places and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. Fair price, very clean (not those gross spa chairs), good service and I love the bonus drink on the side! I like the online booking system too - very efficient and on time. I will definitely go again.
