The cost of service here is really decent. They have a 5 star service so far because for the price range and the attentive service, you truly feel like you’re getting more than you bargained for. The hot towels used to massage the arms could be hotter though.

I called and got a same day pedicure on a Saturday which was great. Sarah did my pedicure and spent 1:15 min which was great. Good exfoliation and cream massage. Nails with shellac incl anchor on each foot. Good price and very kind attentive service. The owner Kim also stopped by to see how my pedicure was going and to chat. Very personable. She also did my daughters gel nails and they turned out beautiful as well. I will definitely go again.

Kim’s salon is amazing. I had a scooter accident the other day, got caught in a pothole and flew 11ft over my handlebars. Broke two front teeth but none of my nails. These puppers are still glossy as the day they were finished. 10/10

My first set of bio gels and I’m obsessed! Are you kidding me?! The confidence I have walking around with these nails is dangerous! Kim took her time to make sure every step of the way that it was to my liking even though I changed my mind a few times lol. And she didn’t make me feel bad about not wanting my cuticles cut as it’s their standard not to unless requested.

My sister and I both got manicures and pedicures from Charlotte Nail Spa (not at the same time), and they turned out fantastic! The owner is so sweet and friendly, and her attention to detail is incredible. I've never had such detailed nail work done before in my life. It's a small operation (not the salon, I mean the staff) so we did not get our appointments at the same time. Make sure to allocate enough time for the service. Great work takes time, and this is definitely the case here as I spent about two hours for a mani-pedi. All worth it though! Plus the results lasted forever, at least a month on my toes and a couple of weeks on my fingers.
