Summerwood Products
735 Progress Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M1H 2W7, Canada
I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! To the quality of the product to the friendliness of the staff, this experience was a pleasure from start to finish! And how easy was The Bala Bunkie to put together? My 17 year old son and I did it in ONE WEEK! Save yourself the hassle of looking at other company's products and go with a SUMMERWOOD PRODUCT!!! Best Regards, Braden

The staff are very nice, but because this is a small store there are other locations I’d rather go to.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered nuts/bolts from this store and even after a month I have not received them. I would call in to inquire on the status of the order, and the staff always promised to call back with an update. After 1 month, still no bolts, and not one call.
Customer service like this is how a business fails. Good luck.

Put a deposit down on some random flagstone in May and told them my project was going to happen in July and they told me they would hold no problem. Went to pay it out and arrange delivery only to find they sold our stone and no long carry random flagstone. Now that im halfway through my project i am now scrabbling to find something we like.

I work at an electrical utility company and HD supply had sent a part for a repair that didn't seem to fit. Instead of refund they sent us the older version free of charge. It didn't fit either, so they took the whole tool from us and arranged to have the manufacturer repair it for us free of charge! Great solution!
