My company provided service to a customer that refused to pay their bill after the work was completed. Now, many people might assume that a bill collector would only care about catching the big fish, but Tom made it his priority to obtain the payment from a smaller company for work completed. Tom was on top of things, kept an open line of communication with me and worked tirelessly to collect payment from a customer that I couldn't even get to answer the phone.
