Cabinetry

We hired Magnus and his crew to build our cabinetry for our brand new build home. It was everything and more we had imagined. From the planning and design stage to the install and finishing stage. Heartland created the built-in cabinets in our bathroom, and added a cool mini wine bar in our kitchen. Craftsmanship was top notch! Highly recommended.

Kitchen Refresh I hired Colin, KPro, to reface my kitchen. Colin promised a complete kitchen transformation. Received a quote encompassing all discussed. When the payment was due, Colin claimed there was error due to new staff and increased it up to 1700 with 95% down before work. High volume of measuring errors, only part of the kitchen re-edged and peeling, damaged front doors (office offered paint for me to touch up), Kwik seal used in an attempt to repair damages, drawers damaged attempting to install fronts (Colin claimed damages to boxes common-no new drawers as promised, KPro flips drawers and add fronts because of this process, unable to repair splits or multiple nails), wrong color of strips used, drawers and fronts hung at an angle in an attempt to cover box, mis-measured too short, no crown molding, and multiple attempts to contact Colin to repair/replace damages and complete work.

If I could do less than 1 I would. Worst. Business. Ever! If you want mistakes and terrible, rude service, go with sunridge supplies. You have been warned.

Buyer be aware. Cabinets were not the quality that we paid for and they refused to come back and check it out. Would not use them again.

Our experience with KPC Cabinetry has included the replacement of our complete kitchen and bathroom vanities. We have no problem recommending Trevor and his meticulous install team. From the initial planning stage through to completion Trevor has been more than accommodating to our ideas and concerns. After our above cabinetry was completed we had KPC custom build a set of end tables and chest of drawers for our master bedroom and were once again completely satisfied.
