Best service! Best quality around.

NEVER do business with CHRIS ever. He never answers his phone. You can't get a hold of him. I DO NOT recommend using him. If I could give NO STARS I would.

BEWARE when designing your dream kitchen you want everything to be prefect. Then looking for a respectable company can be touch and go.I went with Timberwood Kitchen Cabinets----Port Colborne. I drew out my own plans what i wanted to have. At the beginning of this project everything was good----built and installed in 2 months. But talking to the owner Tim i asked him to give me more ideas and if there were any discrepancies in my prints lets talk to fix them.Well it turn out that when receiving my fridge from the store the door wouldn't function properly beside my oven which was in the corner on a 45 degree same with oven doors. This should of be seen by owner where's the professionalism? Talking to him at the shop he agreed with me cutting a 3" strip of wood on site. This will do the trick so doors won't collide together.Well 4 months later ---they built this huge piece of cabinetry Approx.$1000 which was not in the agreement. So i had to pay for it.BEWARE folks could cost you $$$$$$$$$

We needed some replacement hinges for the pool room cabinet. Joseph and Patrick went out of their way to help us. An excellent example of after sale service.....thank you sooo much! Norma

Incredibly unprofessional, terrible business practices, and unethical behavior from their billing department. We received a past due invoice, threatening to impose a lien on our home, charge late fees, and take us to a collection agency. Of course that would be reasonable if we'd ever had any work done with this company. We have never so much as called for a quote from them, let alone had $1700 worth of crappy kitchen repairs done. Apparently they had done work for someone with the same last name and their contractor stiffed them, so they were "grasping at straws" (their words) in an attempt to get paid. So their decision to ensure payment was to threaten anyone in the area with the same last name? I hate to imagine how they treat their actual clients.

Great place to get trim, doors, cabinets, countertops, and lumber. The guys there do beautiful custom millwork.

If your looking for that wow factor then this guy can give that to you. An excellent job with fantastic customer service!

I have been wanting to update our kitchen and bathrooms for years and have gone to many kitchen/bath places with not much luck. On a whim, I stopped in at Artisan’s. I met with an incredibly talented designer, Jennifer Hutton, who made everything so easy. She planned out an incredibly beautiful design for our kitchen and bathrooms and helped me pick out all the very best products. She also recommended the contractor we used, Knabuilders, who have all been amazing! During the job, she stopped in many times to see how everything was going and was always there to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We are so very happy with everything and very grateful to Jennifer, Dave Knab and his excellent team of guys! They all did a fabulous job! We couldn’t have picked a better team! Thank you Jennifer, Dave, Jaime, and all the guys for everything!

Wow! What an amazing place! Thanks Al!

Chuck and his team did and excellent job on my cabinet. Quality workmanship, professional installation with every bit attention to detail. the whole experience from design to finish was pleasant.
