The quality of the cabinets and countertops were great, however when it comes to the install and the owner himself, he was completely unprofessional in the way he handled himself.

Our busy office called Sarnia Cabinets Ltd and left a message the night before and to our suprise they showed up the next morning and fixed our broken drawer in record time. We are so impressed with the quick and friendly customer service. We would recommend Sarnia Cabinets Ltd to any person or business. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

What a shame what this company and Home Depot put my sister through. Although she did not buy top-of-line cabinets, they should not be peeling within three years. The adjuster came out to her home and, unbeknownst to her at the time, only took pictures of her cat. They blamed the peeling on the cat peeing on cabinet. When confronted with the fact that the upper cabinets were peeling, they then said the cause was "moisture". When confronted with the fact that the old, 50 year old cabinets were on hand and they never had an issue with moisture, nor the original hardwood floors, they blamed the problem on moisture, cat and stove venting. When confronted with the fact that Home Depot installed a stove and vent at the time they installed the cabinets, they said we had to deal with the manufacturer, Masco. When confronted with the fact that the manufacturer put my sister on hold for a half hour and then hung up, and when she called back, they laughed at her and hung up again, Home Depot said it wasn't their problem.

Its a good place to work.

We are extremely please with our PIZO kitchen. It was an absolute pleasure working with Geoff and his team through the design and construction of our kitchen. PIZO was very receptive and accommodating in working through the design process. Renovation surprises (i.e. issues hidden in wall) were quickly overcome with small changes to design. PIZO committed to our budget and schedule with no changes. PIZO staff were very professional, keeping work space very neat and minimizing disruption to our home. PIZO understand what other trades (e.g. counter installer) require and ensured everything was perfect for next trade prior to arrival. We priced new cabinets at other stores and were pleasantly surprised to find their price comparable. A great job with beautiful results!!!
