I found him on Kijiji or Facebook market place as there was and ad for a demo kitchen for 500$ I went to see the unit and offered to buy it. He said he could come by my location as he offered to expand off of demo for a fee and have it work for my spot if needed or wanted to and give me a quote if I wanted more than what he had for sale. He came to my place to build me a quote and at that point I wanted to pay for atleast the demo to ensure I’d get it and he would no I was serious. He said not to worry about cash up front and that the for sale items were mine no matter what. I never heard back regarding the quote to add on to what I thought was already mine and when I reached back out to him for an update he told me that he sold the demo unit to someone else. I waited weeks just to find out I was beat and ended up not having a kitchen for the holidays and still don’t and need to find another solution with a different company. Terrible experience! Beware doing business with these people

We purchased a town house in Greystone village built by EQ Homes. They outsource kitchens and bathrooms from Deslaurier. So we had to schedule 2 meetings with W......, the designer assigned to us, weeks in advance. Comes the day of the meeting, we called their reception to say that we were on our way to your office to meet with W......, for our appointment; they answered "fine she is waiting for you". When we arrived the reception told us that W...... is on leave since 2 weeks after she injured her ankle. But none had advised us that the meeting was cancelled. We waited 15 mins to talk to the Sales Manager who offered no whatsoever apology. He just kept saying I don't know how we missed to inform you that the meeting had to be rescheduled... A messy way to treat customers buying over $1/2 million property. Definitely ZERO customer focus and consideration. In an openly competitive world, businesses like these should not survive for long. In a perfect world customers are treated well.

They took care of all my custom Cabinetry needs

Ordered all my kitchen cupboards and the removal of my old ones from Expert Cabinets. When I ordered them we set a installation date for approx 5 weeks down the road and on that date they arrived to do my installation. The work was done on time and it was done properly. Can not tell you how pleased we are with both the quality of the cupboards and the workmanship of the installers.

pretty awful place. Saw some wonderful cabinets, had them come over to measure, got the price, asked to verify the cabinet design was the same as the gorgeous ones in the showroom. Salesman said they haven't made those inset cabinets in years. Why have these in the showroom if you're not making them?
