Love this place!

Whle we were satisfied with the end product, here are a couple of caveats: a. we had to insist that the "designer" return back to our house for final measurements; she was reluctant. When she did return, her measurements were off and modifications had to be made. b. we provided final payment via cheque. The cheque was dated for May 1st (giving us a couple of days to ensure funds were available). They decided to cash the cheque before May 1st and caused the bank to levy additional fees to us. Unacceptable.

My lovely mother visited their location interested in granite or quartz counter-tops. The representative she spoke with was condescending and spoke to her as if she couldn't afford them or "wasn't the type of customer who would buy quartz or granite." And I quote, "You look more like a laminate person than quartz / granite person." Wow... instant loss of a potential paying customer. How completely disrespectful. Here's a tip, don't be a pompous ass. Treat each customer the same if you want to represent your company in a positive light and show them what they are interested in no matter what your inappropriate perceptions are of them. It's obvious to see why the counter-top competitors around the Cold Spring area are flourishing. I should have got his name...

I have amazing experience with all of them

I amselling my condo constructed in 2014. I purchased it in 2015. A potential buyer noticed that the cabinet doors were warped and not closing properly. I contacted the contractor to find out who built the cabinets. I contacted this company and was directed to speak to Stephane. He made an appointment with me to evaluate the cabinets. He replaced 6 doors and adjusted all the doors. He was very professional and very quick to accommodate my needs. Even though, the potential buyers did not make me an offer, the repairs were made under warranty and are just like new for the new owners. I found that Stephane was very professional, very friendly and an honest business man who puts his company first, and cares about his reputation. I had heard of this company from the seller of the home I purchased. He also was very positive when speaking of Stephane, saying he was very reliable and professional. Stephane did tell me that if I had any other questions, or needs in regards to the cabinets, to give him a call and he would be able to assist me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for cabinets.

As a former employee I have to say no more crooked an operation you might find. As I type this I am fighting with this man to receive my owed pay after quiting due to him failing to make payroll. He frequently fails to pay his workers and many are forced to live on credit cards and savings. So sure, youd like some mouldings and or a kitchen, just ignore those dusty people out back who go weeks on end without payment for their work after all they should just be happy to be working...pay or no.
