Stay Away from Delton Cabinet Well my suspicion started with the salesman not wanting to write down an item he was giving me for free( 2 X 96" toe kick). Came pick up day!!!only two cabinets were wrapped with thin layer of polywrap,.so to protect the small one from getting damaged in transport I've ask for some to be put in my car.. a young employee forced one in the doorway damaging the trim, so far it looks like $600 . Call their office a foreman/manager Greg says too bad your on your own. Well I had two kitchen I was sending their way.. they can say goodbye to my customers. Don't hesitate to share ! I tried to post feedback to their site but it's censored..

Instead of being a new customer, we came to AYA Kitchens for help with warranty repairs. So I didn't expect amazing service, but one representative's awful attitude still surprised me. We contacted AYA Kitchens for help because a fiberboard cabinet door turned into dust when we tried to screw in a replacement hinge. Instead of solutions, the representative heavily implied that it was our fault the hinge broke in the first place. He scolded us for putting too much pressure on the doors -- which would only have been from pulling during regular use, as we have no children. He refused to acknowledge the obviously poor quality of fiberboard, and quoted an outrageous price just for someone to take a look (without any guarantee of results). Since the incident, neighbours have shared stories about the same hinge problems and the poor service for maintenance support. In the end, we hired a competent contractor who fixed it very affordably in minutes.

So I am with the other fellow Ron. Whomever was driving the Titan pick up is a hazard. He cut me off this morning on the Anthony Henday. Driving well over 120 km per hr. He will more then likely cause a number of accidents. So Edmonton drivers beware.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Integra kitchens on 107 ave and was amazed at how beautiful their show room is. It has been decorated to look clean and modern and specifically designed to clearly and intelligently show many of the cabinet faces and functions available through this custom manufacturer. From the very moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and like a guest. Karen, the owner, greeted me and took the time to walk me through each part of the showroom so that I was familiar with what they had to offer. One thing that impressed me most during my visit was how knowledgeable she was. She's not your typical pushy sales person, she listened and informed in a respectful way that made me feel like while she believed in her product she wasn’t going to sell me any more than I was going to need. Before you visit you should know that this isn’t your typical box store kitchen cabinet manufacturer either. Integra kitchens installs cabinets that are custom shaped and sized to fit your space exactly how you want it. Buy your cabinets from these guys and you will never get a square peg in a round hole but rather a kitchen specifically designed to match your needs. I was also surprised to learn that they do bathrooms too! Now on my wish list is a his and hers bathroom sink set for my ensuite. If you are in the market for a new kitchen or would like to improve your living space I highly recommend that you make a visit to Integra kitchens to check out their showroom and learn about what they have to offer.

Incredibly disappointing. Rude service. The salesperson stayed behind her computer the entire time and gave us attitude when we inquired about different finishes. She didn’t offer to help, and when I asked for samples she said “We don’t give out samples.” ...Yet the south side location was more than happy to supply samples. We asked about a specific wood cabinet display at the front and she responded in a short tone, “Well which one?? What am I looking at??” when we clearly were pointing to, and asking about the only cherrywood cabinet display in that direction. Google listed their Saturday hours as 5:30 pm when in fact they close at 4 pm. Honest mistake. She did let us know of the error, but stated in a matter of fact manner, “On our website it says 4pm. We have never opened until 5 30 on Saturdays”. The salesperson was terse, condescending and uninterested. I am hoping this was a one-off situation, or maybe she had a bad day, but I can safely say I won’t be back to the 170 St. location. If you want to do business with Kitchencraft, please stay away from this location and stick with the one on the south end. The sales reps there are far more friendly, welcoming and informative.

I really enjoyed working with Westridge. My project was small in my bathroom and they treated it very carefully and made me feel like a top priority. Next time I upgrade I'll go back to them for sure :)
