This is one of the Bays for Folk Fest quiet Campground, as of 2018 it is one of the two authorized RV Bays. It is available for day use during the rest of the year but the area is not authorized for overnight camping outside of the Folk Festival event.
Like all six of the other Bays this one also has washrooms with lights and running water, as well as a covered shelter area for cooking. It does have places for fires and Taps for water but they might not always be active, so make sure you do bring some water of your own just in case.

Just like most of the campsites in the section there is a picnic shelter with running water and tables it also has access to bathrooms with electrical. This particular campsite actually has three different parking lots for access. It's a lovely picnic and camping area.

Absolutely fantastic campgrounds out here in Birds Hill Park. This section is one of the quiet campground bays for the Folk Festival.
they have multi stalled men and women's washrooms you can if you choose fill up water bottles at the sinks (I recommend getting this Brita kind with the filters inside just to be extra cautious). they also have decent-sized covered shelters with sinks and cooking areas as well as lots of tables and benches. There are a few pits for campfires as well.

Big Island is great, the lake is ice cold which is nice on a hot day. Fun place to have a fire and cook some food! Had a good time hiking around the trails and dirt roads. Great place to visit, short 5 minute drive to town is also nice.
