It was a great place to stay the walk to the lake was a min. away. It is the only place campground on Mara lake. Warm most of the time. great for little kids. only bad thing is there is not a lot of grass and is not pet friendly

I stayed here last summer and was really impressed with the beautiful setting and friendly hosts. The B & B suite is completely detached and has a pullout couch, seating area, and bathroom. They even stock movies and have a TV and small wardrobe. We were served fresh fruit and heart shaped waffles for breakfast!!! Highly recommended.

Stayed there 5 nights. Bathrooms weren't clean, garbage wasn't changed, caretakers were very rude. Showers were dirty and never cleaned. Firewood was way too expensive. Don't stay here!!!!

What great fair grounds. And, so substantial for a small town. A great space to put on a Quilt Show. It was most impressive. Not only that but the soup and desserts were homemade and incredible and served by the friendliest people.

We love camping here! Nice mix of sites, great facilities, nicely treed, floating down the Kettle River, cliff and bridge diving, nice beaches, good fishing, hiking & biking, and the employees are awesome!

Fairview is a lovely town that has everything a small town needs, beautiful sidewalks, flowers in the summer, a college, building supplies, healthcare etc. It's worth to stay in one of the motels or the campground around town for a night or two and check out the rodeo grounds, old Friedenstal or beautiful Dunvegan. visit once and you will come back for a life time.
