This is definitely one of the best bootcamps in Grande Prairie! The trainer is extremely aware and helpful to ensure the moves are all done properly to prevent injuries. The workouts are the right amount of time/intensity!

Would have put no stars if I could. They rent me a lot know I have dogs then tell me I can't be on the grass. I think the owner is on grass. I'm currently staying here I'll never make the same mistake twice this place is a mistake. Owners only care about money and not the customers. It's a shame to have such low minded greedy people in society today. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE. My next post will be on Facebook and the news paper on how terrible it is here !!!!!!
