Camp

Barefoot is the best place to go . We just rented "scottys beach house" it was amazing . The staff especially brea and mike went out there way to make sure we all had a great time. If your going to camp or rent yurts or rent beach house I highly recommend for the best time .... I give this place a 10/10 . Anyone who says different are haters for no reason. We had a group of 13 people all 13 people feel the same way I do . Best regards camping crew 2018

I found this "camp"site to be unfit even for the homeless. If you want want to be sitting right on top of your neighbors sewage line this is the place for you. But be pepared for more you also get the privilege of being able to hear them dropping of last nights dinner due to incredibly small sites. But the best part by far, is the fact that your awning won't get worn out because there isn't enough room to let it out. Stay anywhere else

The spots, and drive in for that matter, are tight. I made it to the office in a 37' motorhome, but there were a couple of tight turns. Our original spot would not accommodate us as the branches were too low, ended up in a beautiful spot with a view of the lake and vineyards across the lake. Still tight for getting slides and awning out. Staff was friendly and helpful in relocating us, would recommend the spots viewing the lake if available. These sites are pull-in forward sites in a motorhome. Staff was busy working on the grounds and pool. We stayed in a Motorhome.

This is a brand new park. New clubhouse will be opening soon, with 24 hour laundry, kitchen for get togethers, gym, and hot tub. .

Love it. Just rented a spot for the summer. Going to be great. Both Bev and Betty are awesome people. Hope they're summer is great

Great Picnic, Kick Back Location...

Good location, nice views.

People are friendly but it does fill up fast usually have all the full hook ups for trailers not sure if tenting is an option there but there is a dog beach and a people one as well

Difficult to enjoy with the lake water so high right now, but it's a quaint little park. Beautiful scenery and view of the lake. A handful of camping spaces. Not a lot of space for picnics, but an alright place to launch a canoe.

Tennis courts were lotsa fun not a bad campsite.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. Close to shopping. Quiet. Well maintained. Pride of ownership shows. Take a swim in the lake, tour wine country, get local cherries, explore up and down the lake front. Site was clean, had a picnic table. Would return.

Warm water and lots of wildlife.

Although Palmer Lake is unbelievably beautiful, the campground is just functional. Nothing fancy. And right along the road. The campsites are nothing to brag about, but serve their purpose. There is a boat launch.
