Cleaning

Actually worked for this company. Awesome staff. Girls are amazing. Safe green cleaners. Accommodating with requests. Get the best call Molly Maid.

If you want to work for assholes then look no more!

Absolutely terrible. I used this company for almost a year and each time hoped they would "finally" get it. Very inconsistent work and sometimes completely negligent. The last time they literally left furniture pulled out from when they moved it to clean the floors (I literally walked in the house to find my big living room chair in the middle of the room and my kitchen table left pulled out in a very awkward place!!), left trash in the cans and finger prints on the doors (to name a few major oversights). I could clearly see when I lifted my kitchen mat that they simply went around it as there was a tiny bit of dry oatmeal under it. I gave them numerous chances over the year and left notes to make help them remember what needed to be done.... however they failed time and time again to meet my very reasonable expectations. When I called to ask for my money back.. I didn't even get a return call. My husband and I live in a smaller home and have two non shedding dogs and no kids. I have no idea how they would handle a large home filled with people and children. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. In addition, their one positive 5 star review was made by Emily Stewart... the manager. Interesting.

Fantastic service! Great eye for detail and the girls were friendly and very friendly around my pets.

I have to say that when I was looking for someone to clean my carpets I had no idea on who to get.. I called this company & was so happy to hear that they could do the job for me asap.. My carpets turned out wonderful & I acc m very happy to say that I will be definitely use them again when needed..

worst in the world

What a disappointment to show up somewhere to CLEAN your clothes and be received by such a FILTHY place. We'd been on the road and dropped in here to get some laundry done. While there were some machines working, many were out of order. Many stunk of dampness. The place has so much soot, it was hard to believe the clerk who sits there with nothing to do but say hello and give change to the occasional client can't give the place a little TLC. It was so uninviting, I didn't wait there for our laundry. My kids kept asking for candy from the coin machines in front that had visibly expired candy in them that must be 10 years old or more! I would never go here again but it got the job done while we were travelling.

Came and cleaned my duct work I assumed when I asked to have them cleaned, it ment they would clean out the main trunk lines. This was not the case. called them back to ask them why it was not done and they told me it’s usually extra and not part of the cleaning. My job was saved to the last of the day so the workers where grumpy and just wanted to get the job done and go home. The only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because what they did clean they did a good job.
