Fantastic service!

My grandparents can’t stop talking about the Excellent service they received from SERVPRO! The company was fast and efficient! Thank you SERVEPRO!

Great team..great work..and they're Mainers

Very poor service. Suit was brought in on Saturday and wasn’t ready on time on Wednesday. It was supposed to be ready by 4pm and at 7pm she was still working on them. Pants were slightly longer than expected. Seam was very visible on the pants. The lady told me they had an issue with their machine and to come back the next day but I unfortunately couldn’t as I needed the suit for Friday and had something preventing me from coming on Thursday. I still wonder why they waited for the last minute to work on this since they had 4 full days. Will definitely not come back. My first experience did not impress me at all.

It has become excellent with the change of managment.they have free pickup and delivery...

She did a great job in shorting the curtains. Finished one day early and called me. Very nice lady.
