Cleaning

Quick service, good price and great result

Wonderful people

Excellent service and products. I had my furnace and air conditioner installed from Northern Air 669 HEAT and they both work well. My house was so hot the past few summers and now it's actually comfortable. I also get yearly maintenance which is great so I know everything is working properly. Would recommend to anyone.

I had booked a $460 clean and was totally amazed with the ladies. The service was amazing. I almost didn't recognize my own home. I will be calling the office to book weekly cleaning when I return from the south in the spring. Thank you Merry Maids for a job well done.

Never use Service Master.. they agree'd to the job, ripped up the tiles and subfloor (leaving many wet spots that have since grown mold), after that we never heard from them again. Their guys aren't even allowed to use power tools which makes the demo process slow and unprofessional (leaving little bits of wet wood contaminated with sewage everywhere).. to top it all off, i've just learned that they opened up a floor with ASBESTOS. So while they've been off neglecting the job for over a month, i've been sitting here breathing in asbestos because it's now airborn. I don't know if you've seen pictures of what asbestos does to the lungs but i'll absolutely be seeking legal action for their negligence. All around the worst experience i've ever had with "tradesman", they have no clue what they're doing so don't bother using them unless you want a headache. Ps: (our insurance company fired them).

I have nothing but positives in regard to my experience with Simcoe County ChemDry. I had many questions when I called the office and Samantha was exceptional - a perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism and engaging, warm personality. Kevin arrived right on time and he also took extra time with me to answer questions and offer sound advice. I found him extremely professional, efficient, sincere and honest. My first but definitely not last time doing business with this company. I highly recommend!

Did a rush job with great results

I called a couple of times and left voicemails but never got a call back. It seems customer service isn't their thing!
