Cleaning

From the moment I spoke to the rep to the completion of the job, Janmaster staff were professional and friendly. I have 2 rental properties in Guelph and I will be using Janmaster again, not only were they reliable, they also guarantee their work. I would highly recommend this company.

will not be using them again. Took in a table cover for dry cleaning that had some mud along the bottom. I paid almost $50...and that was with 20% off ..and it still has stains all along the bottom...very unhappy with the price and the service

This drycleaner is crap. Gave them a coat and they lost it. Not damaged, not shrinkage, not faded, GONE!!! Then they try to argue with me about it saying that it is my fault. Worst customer service ever.. not even an apology. Don't go here!!!

Wow! This service was absolutely wonderful! : ) I was gifted a certificate for a clean with Hella Maid and it came at the perfect time - right before the Holidays! I set up the appointment for the day before my Christmas party and Amy and Deborah came in while I was at work. They arrived on time, had no problems finding my unit and gave it a dang good cleaning. I signed up for the Standard clean and had relatively low expectations of what I would receive (Just because my apartment is very... let's say... lived in? AKA cluttered with lots of items) But these two went above and beyond to ensure every surface was a sparklin' I had basically nothing to do to prepare for my party and their work even made clean up the next day a breeze. I would send a picture but hosting Christmas has kind of defeated their work lol but once I put a little effort in I hope I can restore it back to their state of clean! (I'm still finding surfaces that I wouldn't have thought to clean that they managed to make dust-free and squeaky clean. THANK YOU!!!

I love this cleaning team! They are efficient, thorough and go above and beyond to do things that I didn't even ask for or notice needed cleaning. The prices are great and I like the set-up of having my time booked every other week but still having flexibility in the number of hours per visit. 5 Stars!

The price he quotes you on the phone is the same price you get when Larry arrives.

Owner is present, place is clean with cameras, change machine, and detergent for sale if you forget it. Haven't used the dry cleaning services yet.

i brought in a leather purse and it came out clean and even re dyed for free which was nice. I was glad to see they clean leather too

Went here to repair my jacket zipper. Service was friendly, effecient, and relatively cost effective.

Great prices. great work done. Courteous and professional. I would recommend them to any of my customers, family and friends.

Took my Canada goose jacket there and they did a terrible job. One stain didn’t come out, the black jacket has white all over it. Awful job, will never return
