These guys were great. They did a Phenomenal job and went above & beyond cleaning my furnace, HRV system & cleaned up everything after they were done. I definitely recommend using “The Duct Cleaning Specialists” if you’re considering getting your ducts cleaned. You won’t regret it and you’ll be thankful you went with them. I am recommending them to all my family and friends. Paul the owner is also absolutely amazing. Got back to me promptly & made sure I was one happy customer. Thank you Paul, Mark & James.

Went to do my laundry today It was closed from 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock My mistake for not Reading the message on the door. I had already got my laundry in the washing machine. So I would have had to wait 3 hours to get it to the dryer. The owner was there and she took care of all of My laundry and finished it for me folded. All my clothes did it better job than I do I couldn't believe it. I'm still surprised. I've always been happy I've been doing my laundry at a Annette's for 6 years now. And still happy🤗

Picking up some dry cleaning items for my wife, was told $45 but at store they charged $70. They said because they made a mistake there were 2 dresses and 2 blouses instead of 4 blouses and that's why it's more expensive. I paid but will never return. They could have had the business courtesy of waiving that extra cost this time because it was their mistake not checking exact items and quoted a wrong price. Or they could have called before proceeding with dry cleaning instead of having done the job and now you have to pay the extra. Will not return.
