The Service Technician, Volodymyr, showed up on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and respectful of my home, which is important to me. I will definitely use this service again.

I would give it a zero, but you can't.
So today... after 10 months... after making an appointment to come in December and not showing up and never calling again... after me giving up on them... SERVICE MASTER called to clean my carpet.
I already did it myself. I don't want them in my house. They were the worst. They would not show up when they said they would and somehow dragged out a small job for almost a year. If you have an INSURANCE CLAIM and your insurance company gives you the choice to use this bunch, go with a private contractor.
No one should use this crappy company.
