A little oasis in the city - friendly, pleasant and efficient.

Great company, great team, great service and the best price! We've used another duct company and they charged by the number of vents. This time, we did research and also got referral from another contractor (Jimmy who helped us cleaned our tiles). The good side about Dial One is: they charge over the house not by numbers of vents (flat charge), they use powerful vacuum, the team (Joe and Amjad) is very polite, friendly, professional and hardworking! Joe helped arrange the appointment and Amjad arrived on time, very punctuate. Amjad showed us the pictures of before and after cleaning, and he used organic germ-killer to disinfect the house and the house smells fresh (lemon and mint). We are very happy to find Dial One, and have already referred this company to friends. We will see the company in five years!

I have used city wide maid service a couple of times for my condo. Their prices are reasonable and they do a very good job. Tenants can leave such a mess and they made sure that all the mess was gone and the condo looked almost brand new. I have recommended them to my friends and I will continue using them. If you need a maid service, just email them or call them for a quote, no pressure and it is as simple as that.

Ruined an expensive DFV silk blouse. Deny everything, and still charged me. I've had problems with them before, but have tried them again after a hiatus, and because of convenience. Lesson learned! I will never be coming back and really want to stress for people not to go there, especially with expensive clothes or clothes that they are fond of.

The lady working at this location is extremely nice - went above and beyond to make sure I get my blouse cleaned ASAP! Always very professional and thorough (i.e. lets you know ahead of time if she thinks the stain won't come off so that you don't waste your money...). Fixed holes for free for me too. I highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXPENSIVE JACKET OR ANYTHING ELSE HERE FOR DRY CLEANING!!!! The staff made promises saying they offer professional cleaning, when I went to pick up my jacket, half of the metal logo FELL OFF! The lady didn't inform me the damage, didn't even say anything. I saw the damage after a few steps away from the shop, I went back to the shop and told her it was damaged, the lady simply told me the parts are in the pocket, u have to go back Moose Knuckle to fix it yourself. She didn't even apologize or even tell me that it was damaged!

Very happy with the cleaning of my car! The sales guy was real cool, he showed me this video with Jay Leno about this car cleaning machine, and my gosh, the job was done right! I was worried that the engine wasnt gonna get that cleaned; but boy was i wrong. My engine is ready for a show! I love my car. Thank you Maxpower

Hands down, the best dry cleaners in the PATH! I have been going here for years and John and his team are not only professional but very accommodating and friendly. My items always come back perfectly pressed and they are located so close to Union Station, making pick up a breeze.
