Incredibly thorough. We just bought a house and Byron came in and quoted for duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, fridge coils, dryer duct, and fireplace cleaning. Walked me through the entire process and showed the before and after of each item. Our furnace had stickers from 3 previous cleaners over the past 6 years and he pulled out stuff that they missed.

We had Merry Maids cleaning our house for the first time yesterday. I was blown away by the fantastic job they did. Korrie and Louisa are amazing! Fast and thorough, friendly and enthusiastic. They clean as though they really get pleasure from a job well done. I will definitely be getting them again. They deserve way more than only 5 stars!

Very informative and made me realize how bad my ventilation system really was. Gary was very friendly and above all very helpful. I did not understand how important clean ventilation was for a household and Gary did a great job and explained everything to me. Arrived on time and was very respectful of the household. I sure will be calling Steam Dry again and I would recommend it to anyone who needed their air vents cleaned. Can't go wrong!

Pick up and delivery service is very convenient and always on time and they are very pleasant to talk to on the phone and call me by name when I tell them where the pick up is. I have been using Family Cleaners for my dry cleaning for almost 20 years and highly recommend them!!
