If you get into a disagreement with these guys they will stand in your way, and when you walk past them with wet laundry they will accuse you of assault, call the police and try to hold your laundry. The owner wasn't very helpful at all when I asked about his machines, basically telling me to use whatever setting and use how many ever coins I think will work. Okay seems pretty straight-forward. Basically told me to use common sense. After I turn them on he comes over and tells me they're never going to dry on that setting, said I used too little coins, and to split them up in twice the amount of dryers I was originally using; even stopping my dryers. I told him that he should've helped me when I asked, or have signs on your machines saying that certain settings don't dry your clothes. He made me confused about weather it was his machines or my laundry that was the issue, making me feel frustrated and lost. He seemed irritated and miserable, and when he talked to me it felt like I was being talked down to by a angry boss. I told him how upset he made me, how unprofessional he seemed to be, and that I was leaving and going to write a review about his establishment. When I was leaving his establishment he proceeded to lean on the customer side of the til sticking his behind out, when I walked by him and my bags of wet clothes touched him he said I assaulted him and called the police. He wasn't going to let me back in his establishment to grab the rest of the clothes, he said if I tried to come back in he was going to charge me for trespassing or violence. Luckily my gf was still in there she simply grabbed our stuff and walked out. When I was leaving he told me that someday something really bad is going to happen to me and Im going to deserve it. I have to deal with the police now, I gave them my name because they came out of their store and started video recording us and taking pictures. Satisfaction guaranteed or else we'll call the cops on you is what this place's motto should be.

Both Christine and Stephanie are welcoming, cheerful and are a fabulous customer facing representative of Drycleaning by Dave. The actual drycleaning seems very good, and often they repair minor things like lose buttons, all while returning anything I mistakenly left in a pocket! I have one minor suggestion, not a complaint, just that wish they would go back to the throw away cuff links they used to use when a French cuff was submitted for cleaning, now the cuff pressed long, without the french cuff folded

Outstanding job on my carpets!! They have never looked better. Some nasty stains I thought would remain have disappeared. I’ve used three other carpet cleaning services in the past, and I will be using R&K from now on!

I asked Walkins furnace cleaning to do duct cleaning. But it was other company's truck coming to do the work. It looks Walkins contracted to other company. I called Walkins for explanation. I was told the company is its sister company. I checked Walkins website. It does not show any sister companies. Walkins price is $100 more than other companies. I selected Walkins because I support local business and trusted what Walkins said on it website. If it is different company coming for service. I will directly deal with the company who is doing real job.

Amazing cleaning quality and fast turnaround time. My shirt had a stain that I had missed but they cleaned it multiple times even though I only paid for a simple wash. Very kind and well trusted in the town, and am very happy with their service.
