Cleaning

It was absolutely wonderful to come home to my house after the girls finished cleaning! It was beyond my expectations and the BEST cleaning company I've ever had in! And I've had many! Finally found a company I will use over and over! Definitely 5 star service and quality of the clean. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic, knowledgeable service. My carpets are so clean and my house feels warmer since having the heat ducts cleaned.

Great soap. Better person. Support small businesses, get a great deal on a quality product, and be better to yourself and the environment. What's not to like?

Been a customer for years. Great service, good prices. Excellent for when you need it done & just don't have the time yourself.

Had them clean my ducts. Was happy until the next summer when I tried my A/C and it did not work. Had a repair man come in and he asked me if I had the ducts cleaned because they had punctured a hole in the coil. It was a 600$ dollar repair bill. I'm not unreasonable I know things happen, but when I called vac master and he learned the reason of my call he quickly said he had to go and would call me back. When I never received a phone call back in the following days I tried to call on multiple occasions and they never picked up or answered my messages. Like I said was happy originally with them but after what they cost me and to not even been curtious enough to discuss it with me at the very least, I would not recommend or ever use them again.
