Horrible! Don't bother with this company. Bad customer service, false advertising and unwilling to answer questions. BEWARE do not buy the Groupon, "3 rooms" is not actually 3 rooms.

Century was sent into our house by our insurance company after a small flood (not directly affecting the carpets). The crew raked their hoses across every door frame, wall corner, and stairwell without using any wall guards. It ended up causing a secondary insurance claim as at least one wall needed to be repainted in each room they had worked in. The restoration company sent in to fix their work stated it would be hard to cause as much damage as Century did by accident.
