Cleaning

This place ruined my dress!!! It was a dry clean only dress and they washed it! All the padding in the front was pushed up into the top of the dress. The belt tacks in the back and eye of the hook were missing. They actually sent it home with me like this! I didn't notice until I went to put it in the dress bag. They tried to press the padding back flat when I took it back the first time...that's when they ironed all the pleats from the front out. Took it back again and they tried to iron the pleats back in and left spots on my dress. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS PLACE! They may be able to wash coveralls but anything delicate beware!

Did an awesome job cleaning the carpets in my apartment when I moved out.. I highly recommend them

I am satisfied with their service. Larry (maybe spelling is wrong) did the cleaning for my old furnace. From the sticker on my furnace, I can see my previous owner chose Dirty Duct for the cleaning a few times. Larry came to my house around 10 minutes prior to the appointment. He is responsible and patient. My old furnace is quite noisy. I called him one week after service and he came to take a look at and give me the suggestion (motor need to replaced) and recommendation. I really appreciate his help. So I'd like to give 5 stars to this company based on my experience.

The best cleaning job I have had so far

Friendly. Moved furniture for us to clean majority of carpet.

Former owner of BSI CLEANING SERVICES INC. Does not pay staff, owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to many people. Leaves anyone who crosses his path in destruction and chaos. Fraudulent con artist, and an abuser of women and children.

Great results, good price and friendly service!

I have been going there for years (out of convenience).. I don't know I never stopped but this is it! NEVER AGAIN!! They continue disappoint. Most recently, I gave them my fiance's top (food spill), skirt (had a stain) and white jeans (dirt) and the top came back with another stain, the pleats on the skirt was completely ruined (cannot be fixed and the stain was still on) and the jeans were ruined! Not only did they charge me, they dint check the clothes, they said they couldn't do anything about it and I have been a loyal customer! Do NOT go there! Expensive, arrogant and the worst customer service! Trust me!!

We were a little hesitant to hire Simpurgo at first. However, as soon as I walked into the bathroom and saw their great smelling branded urinal screens I knew we made the right decision.
