What a wonderful experience I had with Pureways. My home needed some TLC, I really had no idea until things started overflowing and leaking and the team replaced what was worn out and fixed all the problems and leaks in the same day. These guys bent over backwards for me and gave arguably the best customer service I have received anywhere. They do quality work and stand by it. If you are interested in my experience read on. We had our cat get into the vents were he decided to live and defecate for almost a week (don't worry he wasn't stuck, he refused to come out and we got him food and water...). The smell was awful, the whole house stunk like cat pee. Once I got him out we needed to get our vents disinfected & cleaned. Power Vac was one of only 3 companies in town I could find that offered a vent disinfecting/deodorizing service. My pregnant wife and I were starting to get sick and needed the vents cleaned ASAP. Power Vac was the only company that found a way to get us in the next day. All of the other companies had a 2-3 week wait time and weren't interested in fitting us in before then. They showed up the next day and did an excellent job of cleaning and disinfecting the vents. Unfortunately , the disinfectant did not completely get rid of all of the cat smell so they came back the next day and sprayed the vents with a deodorizer free of charge. This got rid of the smell completely. Thank you Power Vac!!!

Gutteral disappointing.

I have been a Jani-King franchisee since 1999 in Kelowna and Penticton. During that time I have relied heavily on the Regional Office in Kelowna for support. From obtaining accounts for me, purchasing products, invoicing clients, administrative and technical support to name just a few of the things they help me with. Francine and Doug work long and hard usually 7 days a week to provide the best support for me to ensure that my Franchise is successful. Thank you, you do a great job and I appreciate it.

While I can't say much about their cleaning services it would be nice if your drivers were a bit more respectful of other drivers... especially when they drive the company vehicle. This is in regards to the wiener in a truck going southbound on 97 around Reid's corner at 930pm on Wednesday who thought it would be cool to tailgate with their blinders on for 5km before blasting by going 90 in a 60 zone after plenty of opportunities to pass.

Excellent carpet cleaning service. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and accommodating people who own the business.

Poor customer service. Upsetting responses and unfriendly at front counter. Will gladly take my business elsewhere !

Absolutely excellent work!Have used Barry's cleaning services annually after calling him up on a whim and have really appreciated the attention to detail, the above call-of-duty effort and friendy/professional nature of Barry's work. A hometown family-values company that I recommend without hesitation. 10/10! A really nice person.
