Cleaning

This place is a joke. Website offers same day laundering service. Got there early on a Saturday morning only to be told that no, they don't offer this service at all. Best case scenario was waiting 3 days to have shirts laundered and pressed.. Update your website - you don't offer same day service or the 3 hour service you claim to.. Waste of time. Owner's response is a total lie.... Glad I don't do business here.

This is a true company that love what they do my home was Amazing and shining and so clean Thank you Scrub Maid for taking time Fred S.

Absolutely the best. These guys show up and do great work. We have used them for our company for over 5 years and we thought we would leave a feed back as a Thank you. Thank you

Good price and good service

Stay away from this place. They got the measurements on my pants adjustment wrong and then insisted that I re-pay to redo. Three months later the stitching fell apart, the lady again had an excuse and when I kindly requested she finally takes responsibility, with screaming attitude I was asked to pay. Will never go back.

I really hate that I'm giving this place 1 star. I love supporting local businesses and this is 5 minutes away from my place. I used to work at a dry cleaner on Henri-B inside the loblaws when it was open so I know a thing or two about the business. Great family Armenian business, they moved to Lasalle. So I went there 3 times, every single time I had to ask them to redo my stuff. They even screwed up 2 of my hats. In the 2 years that I work that the dry cleaner, I only had one client who asked me to redo a piece. That's because we checked the cloths one by one. Made sure that there was no stains or anything. When we said that you will be getting your stuff perfectly clean in two days, we meant it. Norgate unfortunately don't care about your cloths and it shows in their work. There's a lot of room to improve, I'll try again in few months =)
