Cleaning

This establishment was very considerate to help me in a dyre situation. With only an hour left before the wedding ceremony I had to attend, I realized the dress pants I had brought to Aggasiz from Vancouver was no longer on the hanger I had put it on. I panicked and immediately found a shop in Chilliwack that sold a pants quite similar to the ones I had mistakenly forgotten. However, the size was too long and needed to be hemned. This woman named Kristine was kind enough to help hemn my pants after explaining the degree of urgency needed for it and the time frame I had. She worked quickly and did an amazing job! Thanks again Kristine !

James did an excellent job cleaning our ducts on a difficult house. it was great to call someone that was an owner operator that could explain the process and to top it all of he found my wife's wedding band!!!

Brought my husband’s dress pants and jacket in for a cleaning, more a freshening as they weren’t really soiled. The jacket did not looked pressed, but wrinkled. The pants had a 10 to 12 cm round stain in the back pocket area and they definitely don’t know how to press pants…the side seams were not aligned when they were pressed. They offered to try to fix them but no way would we ever let them touch our clothes again. Will have to make the trip to a real dry cleaner in Abbotsford, hopefully.

I’m not even a client and I received unprofessional customer service, as a business owner I understand the outcomes of late cancellations, but as a first time client the customer service I receive should be above and beyond. (As a side note, there were no cancellation policy given when the service was booked.)
